Serving at Cry For Revival is an honor, not a position.
Everyone who signs up agrees to the following:
1. Spiritual posture

You understand this is ministry, not a performance.

You agree to serve with humility, unity, and respect.

You agree to follow leadership and maintain a Christ-centered attitude.
2. Reliability
-
You show up on time for all assigned meetings, practices, or duties.

You communicate early if something changes.
-
You agree to complete your responsibilities with excellence.
3. Team culture

Kindness, respect, and maturity are required.
-
No gossip, arguing, or behavior that damages the team.

You agree to honor the vision and atmosphere of Cry For Revival.
4. Practical expectations

You will receive a schedule or task list before the event.

You are responsible for reviewing your tasks.
-
You must attend required briefings.
-
You may be reassigned based on event needs.
5. Agreement
By signing up, you acknowledge:

You are volunteering your time.

You will uphold these expectations.

You will represent Cry For Revival with integrity.
6. If duties are not fulfilled
We understand life happens, but serving comes with responsibility.
If expectations are not met:

You may be moved to a different role that fits your availability.
-
You may be removed from the volunteer lineup for this event.
-
Repeat issues may affect future serving opportunities.

Any action is taken with respect and clarity, not embarrassment.
Our goal is never to punish anyone.
It’s to protect unity, flow, and the experience for everyone attending.
Roles Available

Worship Team Support
Help musicians with setup, small tasks, and flow.

Usher Team
Seat people, guide lines, keep order.

Altar Team
Pray with guests, support leaders.

Tech Help
Cables, lights, screens. No skill? We’ll train you.

Parking Team
Direct cars with a smile, not stress.

Hospitality
Greet people, hand out water, help guests feel welcome.
Serving Conditions
By signing up to serve at Cry For Revival, you agree to:

Arrive on time for your assigned call time.

Follow instructions from team leads and event coordinators.
-
Stay for the full service of the role you signed up for unless released by a leader.
-
Represent the event well with kindness, respect, and maturity.
-
Follow all safety guidelines provided by your team leader.
-
Respect restricted areas unless you have authorization.
-
Communicate early if an emergency prevents you from serving.
